Had a great time with Jordan capturing a few images for her Senior Photos. We still have another session to go. It's going to be fun!

Two Fronts Passing
Some great storms have been sweeping through the area. I have been taking advantage of the beauty.
This particular day, two fronts passed ... one below the other.

Free Burma Ranger Event
From their site :
"The Free Burma Rangers' (FBR) mission is to provide hope, help and love to internally displaced people inside Burma, regardless of ethnicity or religion. Using a network of indigenous field teams, FBR reports on human rights abuses, casualties and the humanitarian needs of people who are under the oppression of the Burma Army. FBR provides medical, spiritual and educational resources for IDP communities as they struggle to survive Burmese military attacks."
More information can be found at:
"The purpose of this event was to provide updates on the situation inside Burma, as well as network, pray and discuss how you can get involved."
It was a privilege to be a part of this exercise.
I urge you to check out their website and learn more.

The Woodland Wedding
In the heat of July 2nd a wedding occurred. Moments before the ceremony, a storm rolled through the area cooling the temps 10 degrees and bringing with it beautiful skies. After the union, snow cones were served and the guests enjoyed a relaxing evening filled with laughter and great conversation. We so enjoyed creating images of these two lives being joined together.
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Eric Walter!

The Building of a Chapel Part 1
Recently, I have had the pleasure to be a part of a special project...The building of a chapel for the marriage of a daughter. This labor of love is a precious thing to help with and observe. It is ...in many ways ...the beginning of something beautiful.

Hannah & Eric Engagement
After days of rain and misery we had a break in the weather and took full advantage of the sunset. What a great afternoon....

Snow Day Number Two (Stuck on the Mountain)
Day two of being stuck on the mountain. It is 5 degrees outside and I am not to motivated to go photograph. Birds in the front yard are always a good go to subject.
Enjoy the day and stay warm

New Eagle Scout
How fortunate we were this weekend to get to attend my nephew's Eagle ceremony! He has proven his mettle in pursuit of Eagle Scout over the years and it was great to share in the celebration.
As Mike Rowe said, "The Eagle Award is not really meant for people who need to be dragged across the finish line. It's meant for a select few..."
We are proud of you!

Senior Pictures in Northwest Arkansas

Senior Portraits in Northwest Arkansas is one of the best things to do for a photographer. The senior's are full of energy and I always have a blast. We are looking forward to the New Year and new opportunities as we move forward.
